Mother silently peers, from behind a tree,
Watching the destruction of her family.
Raging fires that consume the earth,
A forest of trees from which she gave birth.
The tears slowly melt into her cheek,
Hurricanes & Tornadoes make her kitchen weak.
She awaits the hour where she can relax,
As man and woman all travel back.
To their original destinations,
From the end of their vacations.
The residuals of annihilation,
Creates Mother’s vengeful dedication.
Towards reconstructing a new plan,
Through the cooling of her land.
Mother just applied an Earthy-lid
To her baby through Covid.
